Float Trips

Come float one of our mountain rivers with Burnsville Anglers! With miles of rivers to fish and a variety of different fisheries Burnsville Anglers offers many different species to fish for; including brown trout, brook trout, rainbow trout and smallmouth bass.

North Toe River

The North Toe is one of our favorite smallmouth fisheries. With high numbers and big weights, the bronzebacks dominate this river in packs! Fishing for smallmouth bass is great year round, with the spring months to early summer generating larger fish and late summer to early winter offering high numbers. The North Toe River can also offer big brown and brook trout when the conditions are right.

French Broad River

Another beautiful fishery offering a variety of fish species. Everything from musky to smallmouth! The smallmouth genetics in the French Broad River offer big catches. From half-day trips offering 25-30 fish and full-day trips spilling over the 40 mark - the fishing is a blast! Cast popping bugs, streamers and ultralight tackle for the best results!

Float Trips Rates:

  • Full-Day (per 2 persons): 8 Hours - $575.00

  • Half-Day (per 2 persons): 4 Hours - $475.00

Fishing License and Cancellation Policy

Mandatory fishing licenses must be purchased before each outing. Contact your fishing guide to learn more about purchasing your fishing license.
Cancellations made two weeks (15 days) prior to a scheduled trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled date will forfeit 50% of the trip's cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip requires payment in full. If you are unable to make your arranged trip, or would like to reschedule please call our main line (828) 691-1506, to let our other clients fish!
